Tussionex® Pennkinetic® (hydrocodone polistirex/chlorpheniramine polistirex) is a medication prescribed for the treatment of several upper respiratory symptoms caused by allergies or the common cold, such as coughing, sneezing, and a runny nose. It comes in the form of a long-acting liquid and is only taken once every 12 hours.
