Before starting treatment, it's important to understand the safety precautions for Sinupret. When the supplement is used as directed, most people do not appear to experience any problems while taking it. However, there is a risk that one of the herbs found in Sinupret could increase the risk of kidney stones, so be sure to talk to your healthcare provider before using this supplement if you have a history of kidney stones.

  • Pregnant or thinking of becoming pregnant
  • Breastfeeding.
     
You should also be sure to tell your healthcare provider about all other medicines you are taking, including prescription and non-prescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.
