Were you looking for information about Neo-Synephrine? Neosynephrine is a common misspelling of Neo-Synephrine.

Neo-Synephrine® (phenylephrine or oxymetazoline nasal spray) is a non-prescription decongestant nasal spray used for treating nasal and sinus congestion caused by allergies or the common cold. Like other decongestant nasal sprays, Neo-Synephrine should not be used for more than three days in a row, due to the risk of the congestion becoming worse. Possible side effects include nasal dryness, sneezing, and temporary burning or stinging.
