The Neo-Synephrine dosage for treating nasal or sinus congestion will depend on which product you use (there are Mild, Regular, Extra-Strength, or Nighttime formulations). For Neo-Synephrine products containing phenylephrine, the recommended dose is two or three sprays in each nostril, not more often than every four hours. For products containing oxymetazoline, dosing calls for two or three sprays in each nostril twice daily.
Dosage of Neo-Synephrine: An IntroductionThe standard recommended dose of Neo-Synephrine® (phenylephrine or oxymetazoline nasal spray) varies, depending on the particular product. As is always the case, do not adjust your dosage unless your healthcare provider specifically instructs you to do so.
