If Sinupret is taken with certain medications, drug interactions could occur. Theoretically, combining the herbal supplement with a blood pressure medication could cause dangerously low blood pressure. Various immunosuppressants may also cause drug interactions with Sinupret, so be sure to check with your healthcare provider before taking the supplement with an immune-suppressing medicine.

An Introduction to Sinupret Drug Interactions

Even though it is a natural product, Sinupret® can potentially interact with medications. In particular, it is thought that Sinupret could theoretically interact with the following medicines:
 

 

 

 

    •   Corticosteroids, such as:

 

      • Betamethasone (Celestone®)
      • Corticotropin
      • Cortisone
      • Fludrocortisone (Florinef®)
      • Hydrocortisone (Cortef®)
      • Methylprednisolone (Depo-Medrol®, Medrol®)
      • Prednisolone (Pediapred®)
      • Triamcinolone (Kenalog®)
