Sibutramine
Combining dextromethorphan with sibutramine can increase your risk for a potentially serious reaction known as serotonin syndrome (see Precautions and Warnings With Dextromethorphan for more information, including symptoms of serotonin syndrome). Talk to your healthcare provider before taking these medications together. Seek immediate medical care if you experience any symptoms of serotonin syndrome.
 
Silodosin
Taking dextromethorphan with silodosin can raise the level of silodosin in your blood, increasing your risk for serious side effects. In general, these medications should not be used together.
 
St. John's Wort
Using St. John's Wort with dextromethorphan increases the risk for a potentially dangerous reaction known as serotonin syndrome (see Precautions and Warnings With Dextromethorphan for more information, including symptoms of serotonin syndrome).
