Neo-Synephrine Drug Information

If you have allergies or the common cold, you may find temporary relief with Neo-Synephrine® (phenylephrine or oxymetazoline nasal spray), a medication used for the short-term treatment of sinus and nasal congestion. Neo-Synephrine nasal sprays are available without a prescription and come in many different strengths and formulations.

Regardless of the type you use, keep in mind that this drug is not meant to be used for more than three days in a row. Using it for longer than that can actually make your congestion worse.
